1. Reservation
Please provide us your personal data to arrange your China vacation including your full name, email address, nationality and phone number.
2. Deposit & Payment Methods
For only tours in Beijing, no deposit is required. For hotel booking and train/flight tickets booking, a deposit equal to 10% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. If we do not receive the deposit within 10 days after the booking is made, we assume that you no longer wish to travel with us and will reduce the arrangements.

3. Cancellation Refunds
For hotel booking or tickets booking, 10% of the total cost is required. For tours, if you cancel at least 7 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages and not a penalty.
4. Passport & Customs
All visitors regardless of nationality must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas before entry China. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the visitors. ChinaFunTrips accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure of visitors to obtain appropriate documentation.
5. Health Requirements
The client must be responsible for own health conditions and is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. In the event that the tour participants have serious illness, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove that they are fit for travel. Chinafuntrips.com will not undertake any legal obligation in participants' health conditions.
6. Luggage Allowance
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Even though International Flights allow you to bring two checked luggage, we suggest you to bring one in order to avoid additional charge for domestic air flights.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, many policies will reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.
8. Complaints and Claims
If you feel any unsatisfied with the service during the tour, please inform us by email or a phone call to avoid the potential for similar problems happen again during your trip. We will do our best to help you solve the problems and make you a satisfied vacation in China.
9. Liability & Responsibility
Chinafuntrips.com provides tour information and China tour bookings. All the travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators.
Chinafuntrips.com reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant.
All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participants' behalf upon express condition that neither Chinafuntrips.com nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its or their negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity.
Chinafuntrips.com is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations.
Chinafuntrips.com is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
Chinafuntrips.com accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements.
Chinafuntrips.com reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
10. Discontinuance of Service
Chinafuntrips.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally. Offensive behavior includes obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
